Fountain work in Sea Forest

Home · Areas · Sea Forest

Sea Forest is trees and water — shade, roots, and salt in the same yard.

Wooded waterfront on the NPR/Port Richey edge. Oak shade plus canal air. The piece has to survive both.

This lot

Sea Forest is wooded, lower-density than Gulf Harbors grid, water access, taller trees. Lots feel private. That privacy is the product.

Roots and fill. High water table near the water. Same basin rules as Gulf Harbors with more roots.

What actually fails here

You get salt and oak litter in one basin. White stone is a hobby. Cheap pumps are a season.

What we install here

Darker bowl or a small shaded pondless on dry ground, house-side, fittings for salt, lid for litter.

Sea Forest yards look like they want a woodland waterfall. Groundwater and salt still get a vote.

We site on dry ground near the house, not in the wet hammock that looks pretty after rain.

Privacy goes both ways. We do not leave a roaring pump for the neighbor through the trees.

Tell us which city is on the tax bill. NPR and Port Richey are not interchangeable here.

How we get there

Between Gulf Harbors and Port Richey waterfront. Trees are how you know you left the grid.

City line is messy here. We check NPR vs Port Richey on the tax bill.

Questions we get on this street

Can I have a woodland waterfall?

A short pondless on dry ground, maybe. A hole in the wet hammock, no.

Notes from the yard

Freeze nights, algae, room on the truck. A few times a year. Not a weekly blast.
