Little Road is the main strip — the lots behind it are the work.

This lot

Little Road is commercial and the residential just behind it: older NPR, Jasmine Estates grid, Trinity as you go north. Noise from the road is already there.

Disturbed, old utilities, compacted. Assume surprises in the first two feet.

What actually fails here

Access and noise. A fountain will not out-noise Little Road. It also should not add a pump whine on top of it at 11 p.m. when the road finally quiets.

What we install here

Residential behind the road: small bowl, decent wiring, no fantasy about a quiet countryside install.

If your lot is 200 feet off Little Road, say so. Staging a trailer on Little Road is a different day than a quiet street.

We do not sell 'white noise fountains' to cover traffic. That is a gimmick. A bowl can still be nice.

Older electrical on these blocks is the real risk. We look at the panel.

Trinity addresses on Little Road still get the HOA talk. Jasmine Estates addresses usually do not.

How we get there

Little Road from NPR through Elfers toward Trinity. Massachusetts, Trouble Creek, the 54 intersection north.

Depends on the city line. We take it from the address.

Notes from the yard

Freeze nights, algae, room on the truck. A few times a year. Not a weekly blast.
