Bands so you know if we are in the same conversation. The quote happens in the yard.
Small garden fountain, set and plumbed: $1,475–$3,690. That is an urn or a small bowl, a basin, a pump, and a nearby GFCI. If we have to trench sixty feet of conduit across a paver courtyard, you leave this band.
Custom courtyard: $4,920–$14,760. The piece itself is real money. Screening, HOA drawings, and a west-facing splash problem add labor.
Pondless waterfall: $6,560–$20,500. Stone, vault, trench, and grade. A front-yard rock pile on a small lot is not how you spend this.
Repair visit: $145–$370 plus parts. A new pump in a sound bowl is cheaper than a new courtyard, and we will say so.
What moves a quote: water table on a Cotee lot, salt fittings on a canal, oak roots in Magnolia Valley, a panel from 1964, an HOA that wants a second submittal. None of that shows up in a website table.
We do not hold a sale. We do not discount to beat a US 19 garden center on a boxed fountain they already sold you. We quote the work to make that piece run, or we tell you it will not.
On new installs, yes, to order the piece. Repair is often parts plus visit on the day.
We work New Port Richey, Trinity, Odessa, Lutz, and the four counties around them. We come to the lot.
Name, phone, city, what is in the yard. We call back.
Freeze nights, algae, room on the truck. A few times a year. Not a weekly blast.
